a.     Multi-Product Industrial Cluster: In accordance with the provisions of the Madhya Pradesh Cluster Development Policy, the chamber will establish a multi-product industrial cluster in  District. This cluster will bring together industries from different sectors, fostering collaboration, shared infrastructure, and knowledge exchange. By promoting constructive collaboration among industries, the chamber aims to enhance competitiveness, innovation, and growth in .

b.     Common Facility Centre: The chamber will establish a common facility centre to provide shared infrastructure, testing and research facilities, and other support services to industries in  District. This centre will help businesses reduce costs, enhance productivity, and foster innovation by providing access to state-of-the-art equipment, technology, and expertise.

c.     Incubation Centre for Argo-based Startups: The chamber will establish an incubation centre to nurture and support ago-based startups. The centre will provide these startups with mentorship, infrastructure, access to funding networks, and industry-specific guidance. This initiative aims to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector and create a supportive ecosystem for startups.

2.     Business Facilitation Centre for Budding Entrepreneurs: The chamber will set up a dedicated centre to assist young entrepreneurs in starting and growing their businesses. This centre will provide comprehensive support services such as business registration support, mentoring, access to finance, networking opportunities, and market research assistance. The aim is to empower young entrepreneurs and enable their business ideas to thrive.

3.     Investment Promotion

a.     Highway Tourism Council: The chamber will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to establish a Highway Tourism Council. This council will focus on promoting tourism along the major highways passing through  District. By developing tourist-friendly infrastructure, organizing events, and promoting local attractions, the chamber will create opportunities for local businesses in the tourism sector and drive economic growth.

b.     Real Estate Investment Facilitation Centre: The chamber will establish a facilitation centre to provide information and assistance to investors interested in the real estate sector. This centre will facilitate transparent and streamlined investment processes, offer guidance on regulatory requirements, and provide market insights. The aim is to attract investments in real estate, promote development, and contribute to the overall economic growth of .

c.     Agriculture Investment & Promotion Council: The chamber will constitute this council as a sub-committee to promote agricultural initiatives like contract farming, Agri-inputs, Agri logistics, etc. in the region.

4.     Skill Development

a.     Sekho Kamao Yojana Participation: The chamber will actively participate in the Sekho Kamao Yojana, a government initiative aimed at skill development and capacity-building. By collaborating with relevant training institutions and organizations, the chamber will facilitate training programs that enhance employability and entrepreneurial skills among the local population. This will create a skilled workforce and contribute to the overall development of .

b.     Academic Linkage Program (R&D) for Faculty and Student Training: The chamber will establish partnerships with educational institutions to facilitate faculty and student training programs. 5.     Chamber of Commerce CSR Activities

a.     Opening one hundred Libraries at various villages in  District: The chamber will launch an initiative to establish one hundred libraries in rural areas of  District. These libraries will promote literacy, knowledge dissemination, and community development. By providing access to books, educational resources, and digital learning platforms, the chamber aims to empower individuals, improve educational outcomes, and foster a culture of lifelong learning in rural communities.

b.     Health Camps (Rural)

6.     Academic & Health Zone: Members of the chamber will collaborate with leading academic institutions to establish schools and agriculture institutes in  District. This initiative aims to provide quality education, promote research and development in agriculture, and nurture talent in various fields.

a.     Academic Zone: Top schools in collaboration with notable players, specialized institutes like agriculture, engineering, commerce, etc. will be opened by  under PPP model by leveraging re-densification schemes.

b.     Health Zone: The chamber proposes developing a health zone at , which constitutes a Super Speciality Hospital, Diagnostic Centres, etc.

7.     Trade Fair: The chamber will elevate the  Trade Fair to an annual event. This fair will serve as a platform to highlight the diverse range of products and services offered by local businesses. It will create opportunities for networking, business development, and knowledge exchange among participants. 8.     Chamber of Commerce – MSME Cloud Service: The chamber will collaborate and develop its unique cloud for supporting its member to adopt innovative technologies and software through SAAS

a.     SAAS Software’s: HR Software, Accounting Software, Specialized requirements.

b.     Digital Marketing Solutions: The cloud will help MSME members develop digital marketing solutions.

c.     Data Management: All members can secure their data digitally through the cloud.

9.     Safer & Smart City: The Chamber of Commerce will collaborate with the Municipal Council for developing the city as more clean, green, secure, safe, and smart. Through its members, it will work on:

a.      Clean City (waste as resource): The chamber will work on insourcing waste management systems, innovative technologies.

b.     Green City (green energy with low carbon): The chamber will work on promoting rooftop solar plants, water harvesting systems, reforestation & plantation initiatives, LED & Solar Street Lighting, shared solar park, etc.

c.     Secure & Safe: The Chamber of Commerce through its members will work on integrating cloud-based recent technologies within city limits. Public and Private CCTV’s can be integrated for making the city safe.

d.     Smart City Solution: The chamber will work on making the city smart by integrating new tech.

10.   Chamber of Commerce Office: To better serve its members and stakeholders, the chamber will establish a dedicated office for the  Chamber of Commerce. This office will serve as a central hub for our activities, member services, and coordination with various stakeholders. It will enable efficient communication, networking, and collaboration among members and support the smooth functioning of the chamber.
